If you are interested in purchasing an item from our store, you must first give us a call at the number mentioned above so that we can make arrangements. You can arrange to receive the item in one of two ways:
In-store pickup: You can pick up your item at our store in Toronto. Please specify a date and time when you would like to pick the item up, and we will let you know if we are available at that date and time. When you arrive at our store, you can test out an item as much as you want before buying it to see if it's in fully working condition.
Shipping: You can provide an address for us to ship your item to if you are in Canada. A shipping fee will be added onto the cost of the item. It will vary based on the item you purchase and your shipping address. However, for certain items, we do not support shipping because they are too fragile/heavy. You can phone us for more information on a specific item.
For payment, we accept only cash or Interac E-Transfer. The prices listed on this website may or may not be negotiable. You can phone us for more details.
We DO NOT offer warranty. We also DO NOT offer refunds or item exchanges.
